TANOA AT ELK MEADOW; Evergreen, Colorado 

Tanoa at Elk Meadow is a mixed-use community in Evergreen. It consists of over 

400 residential units including luxury custom homes, patio homes, a medical complex and retail commercial uses. The retail center, when originally built, was anchored by an Albertson's supermarket. Tanoa at Elk Meadow was the site of the 1996 Parade of Homes. Development of the community began in 1994 and was completed in 1999. 

RED WILLOW; Aurora, Colorado 

Red Willow is a residential community in the heart of Aurora, located at the intersection of South Chambers Road and East Alameda Avenue. Completed in 2000, this vibrant neighborhood features 150 beautifully designed patio homes, built by Richmond American Homes. 

CITY PLACE; Aurora, Colorado 

Aurora City Place is a vibrant retail hub strategically located at the intersection of I-225 and East Alameda Avenue in Aurora. This commercial center spans more than 500,000 square feet and was completed in 2002. The development came together through the careful assembly of multiple parcels, including some urban renewal acquisition efforts. Today, the fully realized center features a Super Target, a diverse mix of dining options, and a wide array of specialty retail stores, serving as a key shopping destination in the region.

Tower Park is a residential neighborhood featuring over 800 homes, conveniently located near South Tower Road and East Hampden Avenue in Aurora. Developed between 2002 and 2004, this community offers a diverse mix of housing options to suit a variety of lifestyles. 

More than 400 single-family detached homes were constructed by renowned homebuilder D.R. Horton, known for quality craftsmanship and family-friendly designs. An additional 400 apartment units were also developed, contributing to the neighborhood’s dynamic character. 

A portion of the land was acquired by the City of Aurora and transformed into a regional recreation center, providing residents with easy access to state-of-the-art amenities and outdoor spaces. 

Tower Park continues to stand out as a well-established and desirable place to call home in the heart of Aurora. 

WILLOW TRACE; Centennial, Colorado 

Willow Trace is a mixed-use residential community located near E-470 and Smoky Hill Road in Centennial. It consists of 975 single family detached homes and town homes. Development began in 1999, and homes were completed in 2005. Richmond American and DR Horton were the primary builders in the community. 

CONSERVATORY AT THE PLAINS; Aurora, Colorado 

The Conservatory at the Plains is a residential community located near East Hampden and E-470 in Aurora. It features 1,450 beautiful single-family homes, with development starting in 2002 and completed in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, it was the top-selling community in the Denver area. The community was built by several respected homebuilders, including DR Horton, Taylor Morrison, and Richmond American, offering a variety of home styles and designs. 

WHISPER CREEK; Arvada, Colorado 

Located between Alkire Street and Indiana Street in Arvada, Whisper Creek is a mixed-use community offering a diverse range of residential options and convenient service-related commercial spaces. This master-planned neighborhood features 770 residential units, including estate homes, single-family homes, patio homes, and town homes, as well as over 270,000 square feet of commercial space. Development began in 2007, with residential construction starting in 2008 and completed by 2011. The commercial spaces were completed in 2013. Taylor Morrison and Remington Homes were the builders. 

TRAILSIDE; Thornton, Colorado 

Trailside is a residential community located at 160th and York Street in Thornton, featuring 432 beautifully crafted single-family homes. Construction began in 2008, with homes completed between 2009 and 2011. Built by KB Home, this neighborhood offers a mix of duplexes and move-up single-family homes, designed to provide the perfect living experience for families of all sizes. 

McINTYRE PLACE; Jefferson County, Colorado 

McIntyre Place is a single-family residential community located at the intersection of Indiana Street and West 46th Avenue in Jefferson County. This thoughtfully designed neighborhood features 62 beautifully crafted homes, offering a serene and inviting environment for families.

Richards Farm is a single-family detached community located at West 72nd Avenue near Ward Road in Arvada. It consists of 126 single-family detached lots. Development began in 2015, and home construction was completed in 2019. Meritage Homes was the builder. 

TABLE ROCK RIDGE; Jefferson County, Colorado 

Table Rock Ridge is a single-family residential community located at Highway 93 and West 52nd Avenue in Jefferson County, near Golden. It consists of 199 single­ family detached homes. Development began in 2016 and the homes were completed in 2019. Lennar constructed all the homes in the community. 

RALSTON RIDGE; Arvada, Colorado 

Ralston Ridge is a single-family detached community featuring 50 home sites. Development began in 2017, with homes completed in 2019. Built by the renowned Richmond American Homes, Ralston Ridge offers a blend of modern design and comfortable living in a sought-after location. 

ORCHARD FARMS; Thornton, Colorado 

Orchard Farms is a residential development located at Highway 7 and York Street in Thornton. This expansive community is set to feature 464 single-family detached homes, blending thoughtful design with high-quality construction.

Construction began in 2020, with ongoing progress in home sales and development. The townhomes and apartment buildings are scheduled to begin construction in 2025, with an anticipated completion date in 2027.
