The Conservatory at the Plains is a residential community located near East Hampden and E-470 in Aurora. It features 1,450 beautiful single-family homes, with development starting in 2002 and completed in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, it was the top-selling community in the Denver area. The community was built by several respected homebuilders, including DR Horton, Taylor Morrison, and Richmond American, offering a variety of home styles and designs.

HASKINS STATION; Arvada. Colorado

Haskins Station is a premier mixed-use residential community located at the intersection of Robb Street and Ridge Road in Arvada. The development of Leyden Rock began in 2011, and homes were completed in 2018. The development was built by leading national homebuilders, including Lennar, DR Horton, Meritage, Remington, and Dream Finders Homes, each renowned for their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Legacy is an exciting newly proposed community bringing new life to the former 100-acre Lutheran Hospital campus in Wheat Ridge. Parkdale is a mixed-use community located at the corner of Highway 7 and Coal Creek Boulevard in Erie. Development of the property began in 2015 by merging over 25 individual properties and it has quickly transformed into one of the area's most sought-after neighborhoods.

In the first phase, over 700 homes were built by renowned builders such as Lennar, Richmond American, and Century Communities. Parkdale was ranked the 43rd best-selling community in the U.S. for 2023, which is an indicator of its appeal.

The second phase of development is currently going through the approval process and is expected to be ready for construction in 2025. SPRING HILL; Erie, Colorado

TANOA AT ELK MEADOW; Evergreen, Colorado

Tanoa at Elk Meadow is a mixed-use community in Evergreen. It consists of over

400 residential units including luxury custom homes, patio homes, a medical complex and retail commercial uses. The retail center, when originally built, was anchored by an Albertson's supermarket. Tanoa at Elk Meadow was the site of the 1996 Parade of Homes. Development of the community began in 1994 and was completed in 1999.

TANTERRA; Parker, Colorado

Tanterra is a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use master-planned community located near Hess Road and Chambers Road in the heart of Parker. Blending modern living with community-driven design, Tanterra offers a vibrant lifestyle for families, professionals, and future-focused homeowners.
