Legacy is an exciting newly proposed community bringing new life to the former 100-acre Lutheran Hospital campus in Wheat Ridge. This community will be designed to offer a diverse range of residential options, including single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and retail spaces. With the incredible history of the property, the beautiful old Chapel, blue house, and parts of the hospital will remain and be repurposed to fit seamlessly with the community maintaining the land’s unique, historic charm.
