Parkdale Development

Parkdale is a mixed-use community located at the corner of Highway 7 and Coal Creek Boulevard in Erie. Development of the property began in 2015 by merging over 25 individual properties and it has quickly transformed into one of the area's most sought-after neighborhoods. 

In the first phase, over 700 homes were built by renowned builders such as Lennar, Richmond American, and Century Communities. Parkdale was ranked the 43rd best-selling community in the U.S. for 2023, which is an indicator of its appeal. 

The second phase of development is currently going through the approval process and is expected to be ready for construction in late 2026. Once complete, Parkdale will feature a diverse range of homes, including single-family detached, attached, and duplex options. Additionally, plans for a multi-family living space are underway and are set to begin in 2027.
